Message	don't. Whether or not the seals and boots on the calipers can withstand the curing cycle is a common topic on the powdercoating forums. Some guys claim they've powdercoated numerous sets of calipers without dissasembly, and haven't had any issues. Although there are high grade elastomers that can easily withstand 4-500°, I personally have never felt comfortable powdercoating a caliper without disassembling it to remove the seals.
